About the movie:
A security expert must infiltrate a burning skyscraper, 225 stories above ground, when his family are trapped inside by criminals.
Overall:
This was exactly what I thought it would be, an over the top enjoyable and entertaining action movie. It’s nothing we have seen before (Die Hard) but it works. If you like Dwayne Johnson you will find it hard not to like this.
It has some impressive action and CGI scenes with an entertaining story.
Verdict: Take it as it is and your enjoy it.

Fun facts: In order to make the jump from the crane to the building featured in the trailer Dwayne would have to run and leave the platform at 12.7 meters per second (appr. 28.4 mph) – For comparison, Usain Bolt’s fastest recorded speed is 27.4 mph.
