This is my review on the movie Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw 2019

No. 34 Cinema

About:
Lawman Luke Hobbs and outcast Deckard Shaw form an unlikely alliance when a cyber-genetically enhanced villain threatens the future of humanity.

Review:
The fast and Furious movies have changed a lot over the years each one getting a little more far fetched and a little less like the original movie we all fell in love with but… man are they entertaining.
My inner 10 year old self was smiling the whole way through this movie, it’s like an 80’s action movie on steroids it’s a great entertaining movie with some excellent action and some very funny scenes.
If you can get over the silliness and switch your brain off your love it.

Verdict:
It’s one of them ‘it’s so bad, it brilliant movies’

Review:
3.5/5

End credits:
Yes (there is 4 end credits, the one at the very end is hilarious)

Fun facts:
During the scene when Shaw shows off his collection of cars to Hobbs, he pauses on a Mini Cooper, saying that it was used during a mission in Italy; a clear joke on The Italian Job (2003), one of Jason Statham’s previous hit movies.
