Movie Review For Halloween In Cinemas Now 2018

This is my review on the Halloween movie

No.38 Cinema

About:
Laurie Strode comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.

Review:
Halloween (2018) did not disappoint, for me Rob Zombie’s first Halloween was always my favourite as I loved how brutal he was, obviously the original was a close second.
Hats off to the guys behind this new installment. They managed to get the classic feel of the original and the brutalness of Rob Zombie’s first Halloween movie. I loved the story and thought they absolutely nailed the creepy, horror tension needed to make this an awesome movie.

Verdict:
A must watch

Review:
5/5

End credits:
Yes (audio only)

Fun facts:
Two kids bump into Michael before he grabs the hammer from the garage. One kid is shouldering a toy boom box. This is a tribute to a scene in Halloween II (1981) where Michael (Dick Warlock) is bumped into by Dick Warlock’s real life son Lance Warlock, carrying a boom box.
